Justin T. Rose, 33, of Sellersville, surrendered to the Perkasie Borough Police Department on Thursday, Jan. 26, officials wrote in a statement. Investigators say he racked up the debt over a period of years, using the victim's credit cards to make unauthorized purchases and cash transfers.
Rose was charged with felony identity theft, receiving stolen property, and related counts, court records show. Perkasie police said he was released from custody after his bail was set at $100,000 unsecured.
Rose is due back in court for his preliminary hearing on Feb. 14, according to court filings.
